These Terms of Service describe the current placeholder operating terms for the Oddling platform under development by Go Live Vegas, LLC.

Service Scope

Oddling is a staged digital creature platform. Features, availability, entitlement logic, support processes, and account controls may change during development, internal testing, and pre-release validation.

Digital Goods And Entitlements

Digital goods, subscriptions, and credits in Oddling are limited to the service environment where they were granted and remain subject to platform rules, account status, refund actions, and Oddling support controls.

• digital purchases grant app entitlements only
• server-side records control entitlement activation and revocation
• promotional, test, sandbox, and production grants must remain distinguishable
• refunds and revocations may change access to digital items or credits

Acceptable Use

• do not attempt to abuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service
• do not use the platform to harass, impersonate, or endanger others
• do not submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content
• cooperate with moderation, safety, and support processes when required

Disclaimers

Until production release, Oddling may operate in alpha, internal, demo, sandbox, or limited pre-release modes. Features may be incomplete, interrupted, or reset.

Nothing on this page enables live billing, guarantees permanent feature availability, or replaces required legal, privacy, tax, or platform compliance review.
